..On May 28, 1917, Engine Company No. 39 (Fireboat Deluge) relocated from President Street to new quarters at Fort McHenry, to better serve the Locust Point area with marine fire protection.
..This station was a one-story, 44 foot by 25 foot, wood frame structure, located on the site of the current Fort McHenry Fireboat Station. This would be the home of the Company for 20 years, until 1937, when it was demolished for construction of the current house.
